APUSH Final of Unit 9

Invisible Children

Invisible Children basically started out with three filmmakers putting together a story of the horrors of Uganda. The tragedy they discovered in Uganda of the child soldiers inspired them to create a documentary they then called "Invisible Children". This documentary really impacted people and prompted many to ask "How can we help?" So as more and more people joined this program, the story of what was going on in Uganda spread. Soon the story was heard through out the whole nation. As more and more people learned of the problems of Uganda, more and more people helped, and soon enough many problems were solved. I think what the organization Invisible Children is doing is great because they are really helping out the children of Uganda and trying to bring their life back to normal. I think they are people with really big hearts and should be given some sort of reward or help for what they have done and are still doing.
